Summary
I’m shocked at the state of development for Unreal Engine 5! I’m a new user to Unreal and really not even a programmer. But my expectations are apparently much higher than others. The amount of bugs is atrocious! The system is constantly crashing over nothing and the reason i’m here today is because every single project i start opens with missing files and corruption. What is the point of using this software if what you spend hours working on just disappears after saving! This software is absolute crap!

Steps to Reproduce
Try saving something after spending hours building it! It tells you that everything is saved and no errors before closing, but after re-opening your project, it brings up the default template and all your work is gone!
Expected Result
Expected result??? How about my project still being there!
Observed Result
Save and close. Come back and re-open. Everything is gone and the filename is back to the template name.

This is the 4th time in two days that my project has been corrupted and disappears!
