After restarting my unreal engine that happen to my Project.
it looks like that on every map. rebuilding lights didnt help.

It looks like you are in unlit mode, but at the top left of the viewport it says you are in lit. Try playing around with the show and lit settings at the top left and see if you have something turned on that you don’t want.
didnt change anything.
i am at the lit mode and not unlit.
playing with the settings didnt change anything.
even the rest of the mode looks weird
