This template is a high speed UE5 parkour template that is built around momentum. UE5s built in Character Movement is a general purpose solution that results in floaty jumps and dampened velocity, limiting fast traversal gameplay. This template fine tunes that with a, velocity preserving movement model inspired by Titanfall and Bloodthief.

Sliding – physics based, momentum preserving slide that reacts to slopes and chains into jumps and wall actions naturally
Wall Jumping – efficient wall jumps that separate the horizontal force from the vertical force to keep the player from infinitely climbing walls
Jump Design – non-floaty jumps with great gravity scaling to create fast, readable arcs
Camera & Speed Feedback – camera tilt and velocity based visual feedback can be used optionally to reinforce speed and clarity
Customization – all core movement values are exposed through clean variables to make for quick iteration
