Hello, every time I try to start unreal engine I get this error:

unrealEngineLauncher has stopped working

I have windows 7 SP1 64 bits, and a Quadro FX 3500

any ideas why?

Howdy luizelias,

Thank you for reporting your issue. Have you attempted to uninstall and re-install UE4? From the .txt file, I can see that it is unable to locate any files associated with UE4. Let me know If this troubleshoots the issue.

I was also looking into the specs that you have shared in the question and have noticed that the Graphics card you currently have is well below what is recommended. Here is a link to both cards:

Your card: http://www.videocardbenchmark.net/gpu.php?gpu=Quadro+FX+3500

What is recommended: http://www.videocardbenchmark.net/gpu.php?gpu=GeForce+GTX+470

By opening both links, you can see a vast distance. I am not saying that the Engine will not run, but it may be a good idea to upgrade the card you currently have. You may experience heavy load times and extreme overheating.

I didn’t manage to install the Engine, I get this error during the launcher installation, But I did try to re-install the launcher many times.
