Please help 5 time i have downloaded getting following error

unrealengine error api-ms-win-crt-covert-l1-1-0.dll missing

also tried installing C++ redistribution all version
same problem

Are you seeing this error when you are installing the Launcher, or when you are installing the Engine through the Launcher?
