UnrealEditor 5 failed to run after build from source code Linux

Quite a few errors occurred while trying to run UnrealEditor after building from source code on Linux. Errors: cannot find Folders and Files such as ShaderCompileWorker folder in “release” folder.

Note: The UnrealEngine source code was built successfully.

My system spces:

OS: Ubuntu 24.04.3 LTS (6.14.0-33-generic),

CPU: Intel(R) Core™ i7-10750H CPU @ 2.60GHz,

GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 Super (NVIDIA UNIX Open Kernel Module for x86_64 580.65.06 Release Build (dvs-builder@U22-I3-AF03-09-1)
