UnrealDevGrant application form disappears in 4k resolutions

Hi,
Bit of a strange one but the form for signing up for a UDG disappears as your resolution increases.

I normally run at 4k resolution, and have discovered that I have to resize my browser window to be closer towards 1080p before the form actually appears.

I’ve tested this in both Edge and Vivaldi.

Any fix for this? I don’t see the form either. Running Chrome 54.0.2840.98 (64-bit) and Safari Version 9.0.3 (11601.4.4) on macOS 10.11.3.

I do see the form in the HTML, though.

I see it now with Chrome 55.0.2883.75.
