UnrealBuildTool complains about "No BuildPlatform found for Switch"

Trying to build a UE4.20.3-release project for the Switch using Jenkins CI, using the command from the UE4Editor, which successfully builds and packages the project. I did slightly alter the command to refer to the project using absolute paths. But when I try to build it complains about the platform not being available, even though when I go to project settings the platform is targeted.
I have seen similar issues arise with the Android, where its sdk wasn’t installed properly, however my sdk is complete. I can’t go into details due to me being under NDA. Any ideas?
