Unreal wont connect to SVN. Format Isshue?

I am trying to connect to my Svn with Unreal. However, despite following the tutorials to the letter I keep getting this error

svn: E170013: Unable to connect to a repository at URL ‘file:///F:/SVN/Repo/project_forge/trunk’
svn: E180001: Unable to open repository ‘file:///F:/SVN/Repo/project_forge/trunk’
svn: E160043: Expected FS format between ‘1’ and ‘7’; found format ‘8’
Failed to connect to source control. Check your settings and connection then try again.

Can anyone help me out here?
