They are different software, different HDR setup, different shaders setup, different lighting setup and you can’t expect it to work right away in Unreal. You can use the megascan plugin to inherit the shaders but you still need to setup your own lighting later.
There are tons of tutorials on youtube where you can learn about Unreal lighting. Your claim about useless Skylight is immature unless you don’t know how to use it. If your claim is true, then there wouldn’t be any 3D artists produce really amazing realistic work with unreal right? Read the documentation on how it works.
