[Unreal VR 5.1 preview 2] [HTC VIVE] [scene crash when i play the level]

Hey before the unreal 5.1 preview 2, when i create a vr scene with the template, the scene crash when the level was playing. Unfortunately i was’nt keep a screen with the error message. I was thinking the preview 2 will fix the bug but no…

Now, i’ve got the same problem that i was with the preview 1 !
I don’t know how to fix the problem…

If anyone have a solution , i take it… thank you

maybe disable the steam plugin
I make vr stuff and I only use open xr, oculous and steam are off

What is the message if you disable Steam VR? Is something else crashing other than Steam VR?

if i disable steamvr, i’ve got this x)…

I would suggest you disable dx12 and just use dx 11.
Possibly reinstall vid drivers
I still use 5.03

i already try that ! switch to direct x 11, try to update driver ! i recently reset my pc and reinstall my graphic card driver ! I want to use lumen for vr, if i start a project in 5.0.3 i haven’t got problem …

I haven’t updated to the preview, 5.03 is more stable
what is your gfx card
I use a gtx 1060
if you have less than that its not enough

i’ve got a rtx3090 !
The only reason for me to test vr with “unreal 5.1 preview 2” is for lumen.
Lumen is compatible for vr since the 5.1.

Guess you’ll have to wait for the final.
I’m making vr stuff in 5.03 with a reverb.
You can always work with what you have in 5.03 to build and add the lumen later.
You might have to wait a month or two for lumen in vr
oh well
dynamic lighting works fine with pcvr testing and you can convert it later.

update : The scene still crash… I’ve found nothing to help me.
I don’t know what to do.
