Hi, Instead of using low res LODS, i want objects to just disappear when they already are too far, but how to do this for single player or multiplayer?
For example if my scene has a hudge planet with millions of objects and tres, rocks… i dont want them to be enable all the time for optimization purposes, i preffer if my character can only see the nearest 300 objects, everything else just dissapear, i though Unreal would do this automatically but it defining the view as near or far at least in my case has any impact at all, then i need a way to make meses just dissapear after an X range of view.
Do you know a nice video tutorial for this, please share images for help, thanks!
