Unreal Tournament 4 Streaming, issues and questions.

Assuming UT is free to stream, with videos on youtube, and the disclosure on the FAQ.

There seems to be an issue trying to stream Ut via OBS. Is that an issue with OBS, or current build of UT. Is there a specific setting or streaming service you guys find best for it.
(I have previously streamed so it’s not the basic settings of OBS, unless it needs specific UT settings).
