I want to import a Datasmith file to Unreal, but I always get this message since installing Unreal Studio. very annoying.

Can someone help me?

  1. Make sure your signed into the launcher
  2. have a connection
  3. possibly verify the install of the plugin (should see the drop down next to the “install to engine” button and varify should be an option, do this with the editory closed.
  4. maybe uninstall and reinstall the plugin.
  5. restart the comp, just to be sure.
  6. relaunch and try again.
