Unreal Marketplace Seller Complaints Department Information?

Hello everyone,

I’m looking to contact Epic via direct phone or email regarding an issue I’m having as a seller on the marketplace. I’m looking for this info everywhere, but all I can find is the support email.

Is there a phone number I can call? Could someone please PM me this info if Epic doesn’t want it on the forums?

(Do we have any level of protection, here? I genuinely need to speak to someone from Epic, as a content provider.)

Actually, as it turns out, the support email was responded to surprisingly quickly. I would prefer to speak with someone directly, but I have to say the response was pretty quick.

… and in the end my concern was validated, listened to, and not only was my opinion agreed with (it ran counter to that of a reviewer is all I’ll say), but something I had personally missed was pointed out to me. Thank you very much Developer Support! :slight_smile:

Yeah I have to say the response time with the support line is very impressive these days. It used to be 3-5 days if not a few weeks sometimes and now I usually get a response within a day if not a few hours. =)
