I am attempting to download this month’s free content, where the Challenge Captcha appears to not be functioning properly. I have attempted to complete the purchase several times, but it always come up with an error.
I have also noted a “network error” problem when using the Captcha.
I think I have identified the problem. Apparently, attempting to purchase all the month-long freebies, alongside the new permanently unlocked content, is creating the “bricked” Captcha issue. To resolve this, one must complete a separate order for the permanently unlocked content, where the Captcha does not appear…
Users should be wary of this for future monthly freebies.
