Unreal games engine 5.2

I am writing to report a problem with Quixel Bridge. When I attempt to sign in to Megascans, the sign-in process fails and the message “Restart Service” appears.

I have tried the following troubleshooting steps:

  • I have closed and reopened Quixel Bridge.
  • I have restarted my computer.
  • I have checked my internet connection.
  • I have signed out of and signed back into my Epic Games account.
  • i have delete my Epic launch and reinstall
    None of these steps have resolved the issue.

I would appreciate your assistance in troubleshooting this problem.
