I’m not sure whether it’s a bug in the editor or if I am doing sth wrong. I changed the rig of a skeletal mesh and reimported it. Unreal then asks me if it should regenerate the skeleton and I hit yes. And after reimporting all the animations as well everything is fine.
But when I restart the editor the mesh and the animation files have the old rig again and I need to reimport everything again. It’s all checked into Perforce and of course I save every time, but Unreal keeps forgetting the reimports.
What could that be? I never noticed this with anything before, but I never changed the rig of a skeletal mesh before, so it may just occur in those cases.
