Unreal Engine vs. Twinmotion for Architectural VR

I work for an architectural firm and I was wondering if someone knew a bit more about unreal engine’s capabilities when it comes to producing VR for architecture. I know that twinmotion already has a pretty simple pipline to create a VR scene of a project, however, I can’t seem to find any tutorials on the process for Unreal Engine when it comes to architectural projects. If I take the time to learn Unreal, is it possible to create a vr scene that will be simple enough to use to showcase our projects to clients?

Few years too late of a reply but for anyone still looking:

Gediminas Kirdeikis does a really good guide using the Meta Quest 2.
I’m not too familiar with both UE5 and Twinmotion but currently learning through his tutorials and forums. Hope that helps.
