I cant open editor by using Launcher, also by double click project file.
The only stable way to start editor is compile it from VS project.
Is there any solution? What log do I need to provide?
My hardware:
Launcher Log attached, no Editor log had been generated.
You should attach the .dmp file here, if it is not too big for the Epic guys. They can’t help you otherwise, unless they run you through some steps. What OS is this? 7/8/8.1?
If you can compile it and run from a VS project, it might be a missing dll or component for the standard executable. If you were a VS expert, I’d recommend you attach to the process that is crashing and then point it to the symbols and post the callstack here.

Thanks, I attached a dmp Log here.
However this is not the original Log, seems windows removed that one, I redo the exactly same steps which showed in the GIF and got this Log.
Also the OS is Win7 SP1 x64 with latest update.
If you have a chance, can you use dependency walker to check to see if some DLL didn’t get installed?
