Unreal Engine recompiles entirely since upgrading to UE5.4

I have recently updated to UE5.4 and from time to time when I recompile my project, UBT starts to rebuild the engine from scratch.

It is really annoying.

Any clue on how I could solve it ?

UBT memtion that SharedPCH.Core.Cpp20.h.obj.rsp was modified
before recompiling everything, might be related
