Unreal Engine Launcher Fails to Update

When I open up the Unreal Engine Launcher and allow it to auto update, it fails every time. This has been occurring for several weeks now. Clicking “Retry” does not yield any better success. The engine itself runs fine, it is only the launcher that fails to update.

Additionally, I cannot find an option/uninstaller to remove only the launcher if I were to update it from the website.

Does anyone know how to fix this?
