Hello, today seems that the launcher can’t connect al all to the servers.
When i try to launch it, immediatly i see this
then if i click “ok”, the login form shows and after entering username and password…
needless to say that my internet connection is working and i haven’t changed something in connection type (proxies etc…)
Are you trying to access the launcher at home or elsewhere?
I only had this problem on a company network that blocks access to the Unreal servers.
i’m trying from home, where i never experienced this kind of issue
forget it. it’s a problem with my connection (i can’t figure out what can it be)
i tried in tethering and it’s working now, it’s connecting
is there a way to mark as “solved” this question?
Also, as a side note, you could use the ‘Go Offline’ under the log in info to still be able to use the engine without an internet connection I believe.
I am having the same issue. Obviously I have the internet to posting this right now. I am getting the same screen. Also when i tried to go offline, Unreal seems not to want to launch. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling. still no fix. I am held up on a project and I really need help asap.
