Unreal Engine is exiting due to D3D device being lost. (Error: 0x0 - 'S_OK')

I ended up having this issue and I was able to solve it.

Problem:
Currently, there is a microcode issue with 13th and 14th gen Intel processors that causes them to crash, or causes them to struggle to “talk to” other processors your computer may have, such as an NVIDIA processor. Intel has already “patched” this issue, but it is unfortunately still present.

Fix:
Were going to change the Host Systems configuration settings, particularly the “Graphics Switch” setting from [Hybrid] to [Discrete].

To do so, hold shift while you use that start menu to restart your computer. Continue to hold shift until a blue menu appears. There, you will select

troubleshoot < advanced options < UEFI Firmware settings

When prompted to restart your device, do so, and then use the F10 menu option to enter the BIOS setup menu. Navigate to the configuration Tab, and then use the bottom arrow key to scroll down to the Graphics Switch option. Use the enter key to change the setting from hybrid to discrete, and then naviagte to the exit menu to save and restart your device. I hope that helped, and if didnt fix it, I wish you luck in your search.
