Unreal engine installation fails midway in Epic Games laucher.
I have tried running as administrator, updating the network adapter driver, clearing the DNS cache, changing the install location, reinstalling, turning off the firewall, everything, but I always get the attached error at 20% progress.
I have confirmed that this occurred with 4.27.2.
The latest 5.0.0 has the same symptoms.
