Unreal Engine HTML5 move to other Server

I have an unreal package in HTML5 and would like to know how I can deploy on IIS server
it appears to run fine locally as http://localhost:8000 with the HTML5LaunchHelper.exe (unreal webserver)

but I need to deploy on an web server

I have installed it on an IIS server. I opened all firewall ports on the server but for some reason I can not connect to the server from within the LAN.
