We have unrealengine 5.2 game with pixel streaming code hosted in aws EC2 server and the games contains some videos with audio but videos with audio is not playing from end users laptop browser wherease video with audio works locally on ec2 server. There seems to be some issue with pixel streaming code settings and audio codec. In the same game, if we replace (video with audio) with (video without audio) then it works in end user browser. Is anyone faced this issue? and any idea on what settings should be changed to make it work?
