Unreal Engine force-rooting an imported animation

I am trying to import an animation made in Mixamo. the animation is not rooted in the preview on the website nor in Blender. But when I try to import an animation in Unreal, the egine roots my animation no matter what import settings i try. I cant really have that happend since i need actually “moving” animations to make my root motion movement system work.
Anyone know why that is?

(The character is using the same manny (quinn) skeleton with properly set-up Ik bones.)
(the “in place” is unchecked when downloading from Mixamo.)
(Blender shows that the animation is in fact, unrooted.)
