Unreal Engine Executable Editor DIspappeared

Hello,
The Ue4editor.exe for my Unreal Engine 4.25 is disappeared,
Just arriving a new hard disk and i will have to reinstall all for the PS4 Devkit Environment…
But is interessant why this happens.
Have you the executable to send me? otherwise i have to recompile all to generate it
