Unreal Engine error

Hi
I just recently installed Unreal Engine. When I start it I get the following screenshot error

Can anyone help ?

After doing quick search/research of the error code, it looks to be a Windows Runtime Error code (0xc0000142). The issue is likely a bad Windows DLL.
