After the update February/March 2015 I cannot get online mu EPIC Games start up application tells me ( I am online). I get this Error message every time I try to launch the app. I tried to uninstall but now I cannot log in so that I can complete the installation process. So no I am stuck and cannot work on my games. Anyone in the UE Team knows whats going on?

This issue is not resolved. Still don’t know whats wrong. The links you provided did not help (Error! No version information received). I have been in contact with several other staff but no one can help. Did you do something to the launcher last time you updated it? Would it help if you got my launcher log?
If it still doesn’t work, any log files could help. Follow the steps in [this section][2] of the troubleshooting guide to generate your Debug logs and post them here.
