It looks like you have some directory/file path issues with your installation. I would try re-installing from scratch. The Error messages you are getting also indicate you are missing some modules as well. A full and clean uninstall then re-install of the launcher should resolve your issue.

I have tried to re install from scratch but it didn’t worked. I even re installed visual studio but the same error appears again
