Some people were interested in this the, so I’ve uploaded it to github (Epic fork).

It is very WIP. No source code, so could be applied to Rocket build.
I’m working on full theming support for the engine, but it goes really slow. It also would require Epic to accept the PR at the end. Chances are similar to HL3 being released.
