Unreal Engine does not start

Hello
I have some problems with launching Unreal Engine 4.14.3 ( i tried an older version too and it is not working ) .
I press Launch and nothing happens , i looked around and tried some things like -http wininet and it is not working .

Try these troubleshooting steps:

  1. In the Engine library, click the down arrow on the Engine version icon and select “Verify”
  2. In the Engine install directory (let us know if this is not a typical directory -ie, the C drive) navigate to the Editor.exe and double click to execute… does it work? if so, proceed with the following steps
  3. In the same install directory, locate and delete the DerivedDataCache folder.
  4. With the editor closed, try launching the Engine from the the Launcher

If the above steps fail, be sure to back up any projects you have then uninstall and reinstall the launcher making sure to completely remove all UE4 files, including old manifest files as described in the following link:

The first 2 steps did not work … but in the meanwhile i updated to windows 10 and now it works …
