Description

Third-person co-op action RPG (1–4 players) focused on skill-based combat, tactical encounters, and mechanic-driven boss fights.

The project is built from scratch by a small indie team. Core contributors actively participate in game design decisions and overall direction, not just implementation.

Rough game loop (work in progress):

  • 15–30 minute co-op runs

  • Skill-based combat encounters

  • Build adaptation via gear and modifiers

  • Escalating pressure and difficulty

  • Mechanic-driven boss fight

  • Hub-based progression

Target: playable demo in ~1 year, with the goal of moving toward a Steam release.

Talent Required

Unreal Engine Developer / Designer (1–3)

Requirements:

  • ~1 year Unreal Engine experience (or an active, complex personal project)

  • Comfortable working primarily in Blueprints

  • Interest in gameplay systems, combat mechanics, or core systems

  • Able to commit ~40–80 hours per month

  • Comfortable using ChatGPT as a development tool

Notes:

  • Core gameplay framework: Gameplay Ability System (GAS)

  • Mostly Blueprint workflow

  • C++ setup and Blueprint → C++ conversion handled by project creator


Compensation

Royalty / Revenue Share
Split equally between the initial core team members.
