It’s not even a problem with the FPS or GPU, they along with all of my settings are in the green, and my FPS goes from 60-120 usually. The GPU is fine as well. I’m on a laptop, however. Also this is my first post and mods might not approve it for some reason but please don’t mods because I need help

More than likely it’s a RAM and HDD issue.
