Unreal Engine Crashes at Launch 9%

Recently we have installed the Epic Game Launcher and The Unreal Engine 4.27.1 for testing and developing an in house simulation scenario with our custom built hardware.
Both EGL and the UE4.27.1 were running fine for a week.
And as usual we launched the unreal editor to start working but on launch it got stuck at 9% that is “Compiling Global Shaders”.
It’s been a couple of days now, we have tried a lot of potential fixes provided here on the community and the internet overall.
Which includes; updating windows, updating drivers, running Engine from EGLauncher, Visual Studio Project Building, directly clicking the .uproject files.
But the error is still.

If there are any fixes that we might have missed. Please redirect us.
