Unreal engine crash

I am having a bug I download a asset from marketplace
As soon as try to use is engine crash what should I do??

  1. Check to make sure the asset from the market place is compatible with your version of Unreal Engine. You should be able to get this information from the asset page on the market place.

  2. Create an empty project and try to import the asset. If you can, then see if you can migrate it into your working project.

If you still have issues. Please provide the following information:

  1. What is the error you receive

  2. Post the full crash log found in [Project]/Saved/Logs/
