Unreal Engine can't be installed

Hello all!

Recently I installed the Epic Games Launcher to download Unreal Engine. But when I tried to install, I can’t download it(tapping on not install didn’t worked)neither it is showing up in the Library section.
I’ve attached the screenshot. I really need your help.

Go to the folder that where Unreal Engine 4 is installed, and deleted the 4.23 and/ or 4.24 folder and restart the Epic Games launcher
