Unreal Engine will not download or install. It gets to about 1 or 2 percent of the download and then crashes. I even reinstalled Windows in order to give Unreal Engine a fresh shot at installing, but it still crashes and throws an error. It says “An Unreal Process has crashed: UE4-Epic GamesLauncher.” Here is the full error:

All of my hardware and software is fast, new, and up-to-date, including the drivers for my RTX 2080 Ti. I notice that every time I attempt a new download, it creates this folder:
C:/Users/Zach/AppData/Local/UnrealEngine/4.27
This is strange to me, because a “4.27” folder is created even when I’m trying to install Unreal 5.3.2.
Please help. Thanks!
Zach
