unreal engine any version of 5 crashing please help EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATIO

Hi as mentioned any version of unreal 5 is crashing 4.27 works no problems

I can make / open project directx 11 ( 12 crashes faster)
my pc is 3990x
256 gig ram (no xmp)
3090
i done meme test no problems done bench tests ect no problems
reinstall nvidia drives game and studio same problem comes up
mfaa turned off
Bios up to date
i even went from 4k to 1080 same thing

please can somebody give me any ideas what to do how to fix this?

If you include the editor symbols, you might get a more meaningful dump

what is the GPU?

I see a lot of these issues lately, where did you got the GPU? there are fake GPUs floating around unfortunately (usually older versions packed as new or burned GPUs from mining)
