To be honest though, suprisingly, Windows 10 (fresh install) performance has been good on my laptop thus far.
Jason, it’s probably because 4.9 is about to come out. Obviously, people will start to think about what comes next. People who don’t know about versioning numbers for development will automatically assume that 5.0 is next.
Honestly, this is supposed to be a welcoming forum. I don’t think the OP will think that if we jump on him/her for making an error that plenty have made in the past. We all thought 4.9 + 0.1 = 5 at one point in our lives, and usually, that is still correct.
