I have had issues with Unreal Engine 5 and compiled builds. Upon start, Unreal Engine prompted me with an error message to install a recommended driver. After installing, the same message appears on the UE editor and demo build/s followed by extreme glitching. Furthermore, the UE editor viewport is orange and buggy. I have not had this issue with UE 4.
