Hello , i cant see the title from the right part of the arrows and i cant navigate throught the engine . Im at 5.6.1 im complete beginner and im at direct11 with gtx1050ti

It might be a bug. You can try restoring the editor layout. At the top, go to Window → Load Layout and select the default layout, Default Editor Layout.
