Unreal engine 5.7 and 5.6 UI heavily glitching and crashing

Hello, I recently switched from UE 5.4 to 5.7 and my UI suddenly started to glitch violently, I tried the 5.6 one aswell but the problem stands.

I tried to update my gpu drivers, switch them to studio, reinstall UE, restart UE but still nothing.

I wanted to add a video of this but sadly I cannot due to being a new user.

My PC specs are:
RTX 4070 SUPER
I9-14900KF
64 GB DDR5 6000mhz
3TB nvme

ALSO the UE5 crashed 2 times:

UPDATE: I turned off NVIDIA and Discord overlay but it did not fix the issue. I also disabled other programms like SignalRGB but still the issue stands
