Unreal Engine 5.7.3 Gameplay Camera System boom arm problem

Hi there, I am currently running into a problem with the boom arm node in the Gameplay Camera System.

In my camera rig, I have a BoomArm node that makes the camera always keep a distance from my character, followed by a SetRotation node that rotates the camera to look at my character. Everything worked fine, just like an action RPG with a 45-degree top-down style, until I changed the player controller’s yaw rotation. The BoomArm gets rotated whenever I change the player controller’s yaw rotation through the SetControlRotation function.

I don’t want the BoomArm to be rotated when player controller rotation changed. After a few days of researching on the internet and trial and error, I could not find any solution for the problem.

Is there a way to not rotate BoomArm when player controller rotation changed?
