I’ve resolved my issue. It seems to be a problem specific to certain motherboards and CPUs.

I followed the steps outlined below, and everything worked smoothly afterward. Thank you to those who shared their experience with similar environments, which helped guide me to this solution.
Sharing that reinstalling the OS didn’t help was a great tip.

  1. Reset your BIOS to default settings.
    Ai Tweaker tab:
  2. Disable MultiCore Enhancement.
  3. Enable XMP.
  4. Set SVID behavior to Typical Scenario.
