Hi,
I installed Unreal Engine 5.4.1 and Quixel Bridge 5.4.0 on Rocky Linux. Both are the latest versions available.
Unreal Engine 5 seems to be working fine. However, on a PC using a proxy server, I verified that Bridge works normally by entering the proxy in the preferences.
However, when I try to log in to Epic Games, the login window appears but it stays on a black screen with infinite loading. My PC has a very complex setup. I’m not using a system proxy, only a proxy in the web browser.
Here’s what I’ve tried so far:

I set the proxy server as an environment variable in the terminal and then launched Unreal Engine
5, but the login window still doesn’t work. -
I worked with the system administrator to add exceptions to the proxy server settings, but the
login window still doesn’t appear.
Ultimately, everything works when the system proxy is set up, but due to company security policies, I can’t use a system proxy.
Is there any other good solution?
