Unreal Engine 5.3, vehicle not driveable

new to UE and game production as a whole but in 5.0 i was able to set up a blank map and add third person + blueprint for entering and driving the sports car pawn. i factory wiped my laptop due to lack of space and now have decided to use the latest engine but ive loaded up the sports car pawn and set it to playable by default as a test, when i enter emulation its frozen. in 5.0 it would usually drive out the box. Ive looked at the event blueprints and the pawn has no scripts so im gonna guess in 5.3 i need to wire my own blueprints which i will eventually take the time to learn… just wondering if im just doing something else wrong here though?, ive seen in a video someone highlighted all the neccessities of a driveable vehicle and then somehow compiled them into one exported version of the pawn but ive lost the tutorial as something came up in the middle… do i have to blueprint it myself or am i supposed to do this compiling thing? Also when blueprinting manually can anyone help guide me in how to get the basic WASD and spectation controller going? Thanks in advanced…

Also i have a copy of my 5.0 map with everything already set up but it takes about 45 minutes to load in 5.3 and its bug infested, if i download 5.0 again itll probably load normally but is there a way to clone my entering vehicle scrips from one to the other or should i just do it manually?
