Unreal Engine 5.3 Spawning an Effect with Spawn Actor is causing an offset from location?

I’m doing a simple set up where I’m spawning a Blueprint_Effect_smoke at a Target Point’s location. I’m seeing that there is a strange offset happening where the smoke is appearing about 100 units off to the right of where the target point is in the scene. I printed the the location of the the Target Point and of the spawn Actor Effect smoke’s Return object location. I can’t figure out why there’s an offset. Is Spawn Actor not the correct way to spawn effects?

The very same setup works in 5.0.3 without any offset.
